Note 4 loads pictures in low quality

So I have my note 4 since it came out and I use to have a note 3 before it. The thing is that my note 4 loads pictures in low quality jn apps like zedge and online, I remember my note 3 used to load them all with full detail but my note 4 loads them with low detail, I reinstalled the app and everything before I sold my note 3 I used both of the phones and made a comparison and the note 3 loaded them full detail in my house so it has nothing to do with the connection.

Any help?

That is odd honestly since it should load what it is receiving. Is this only with the Zedge app? I would check some places (like wallpaper sites that only load HD) and see.
