Definitely disappointed, I've been a Verizon customer since 09 and in the process of switching to cricket and getting another unlocked note 4. Never thought about changing providers until this update. It has completely killed my service in areas where I always had service before. Now dropping calls, missing calls that never rang. They lost me as a customer over it.
