Welcome to Android Central! Sounds like a faulty screen. Any recent trauma or water exposure? You'll probably have to send it to Samsung for repair, since it's presumably still under warranty.

Thanks i usualy use apple products but giving the note 4 a go so far i love the phone except for the faulty screen just downloaded an app called Clean Master seems like its done the trick so far

Thankyou Clean Master saw a comment on here woohoo it worked must of been a couple bugs in some music downloads i done through utorrent

Found out the real reason for the screen flickering ..it was a nearly unseeable hairline crack on my screen that had to be replaced
