No, I am not rooted. If you tap and hold, does a menu pop up? There should be an 'edit' option at the top of the menu. Once you click that, you will see a picture of the icon you selected as well as some wording. Click the actual picture and you should be able to change it to whatever you want.

You mind providing screen shots? Edit only allows you to change the name of the folder not the icon. Are you doing this from the apps drawer?

I believe it's part of the Weather Bug Elite paid app. I've been using it for years. It's great.

Thanks! Icon pack is Moonshine, which also includes several wallpapers. I got the wallpaper from the Moonshine app.

I use nova launcher, icons are called cryten and my wallpaper I got it form Zedge.
