The icons are Retrorika (beta),
clock widget is Zoopreme (coal fire) available in the playstore.
weather is by Hamsterwheel,and is also called Retrorika, you can get it off of her blog Keepcalmandberryon. She does awesome work!!!!
The wall is from Pintrest and posted below. Font is Signerica Fat and I created the date widget

Is adding an app to change your screens the way you do, easy? Is it recommended on a new, non rooted phone? I am still learning my phone but am seriously thinking of trying to change my home screen.

My phone is not rooted. I use Nova Launcher (paid version) and it makes it very easy to change your phone. You can always go back to stock whenever you want.
