Note 4 to note 5...

After the second note 4 is plagued with freezing and random reboots Asurion offered me a note 5. Besides the external SD/removable battery is there anything I'll miss from the 4?

Tips on how to survive without an SD for music?

Nothing. The Note 5 is better in every way and now that the Note 7 is no longer, the Note 5 will be getting parts of Grace UX which is what is on the Note 7. The phone is fast with no lag and looks better too. If your getting one for free, consider yourself lucky as these are in high demand.

I've had the 64GB version since last October. With the Cloud and the 64... I'm not in need of any additional space. The Note 4 was a great phone. The Note 5 rocks and is holding its own and gaining much more respect from everyone since the debacle of the Note 7.

It is free, I use it all of the time and have never paid a cent. You can choose the free or paid version. Also you can Pin your own music onto your phone so it's physically there.

If I pinned my songs to my phone I'd just keep my songs on my phone and use Poweramp like I have been for 6 years. I had the turbo for a minute and burned through my data just looking at pictures.

That's another problem, I like to share photos to social media from my gallery. Facebook doesn't see my. Google cloud. I love this phone but it's gonna be rough.
