Note 4 touchkey light spoilt.

I've just gotten my Note 4 for about a month only. However, my touchkey lights (the multitask and back buttons) seem to have become faulty. Whenever i tap on thr back button, there wouldn't be any lighting up of the buttons. No drops at all so it couldn't be due to dropping. I went to settings and then display settings, changed the touchkry light duration to "always on" but even then the lights won't come on. It could be due to an app or something, but what could it be?

Do you happen to have Power Saving enabled? Check Restrict performance settings to see if you have a check in "Turn off touch key light". If you do, uncheck it.

Nope I explored the phone when i just got it and turned that option off
