Note 4 Video braking up

Hi All, Al' here,

I have a note 4 that is in perfect order, well till last week. When I recording a video and play it back on my phone or share with my wife (via Moments) it plays perfect. Copy it to either my wife's computer or mine (P.C) the video pix-elates and staggers badly.

Is it my phone recording or computer playback? the files are Mp4.

Welcome to Android Central! How are you copying the files to the computer -- via USB connection? What format is the file in?

USB direct connection to computer.... Click and drag, or, cut and paste, there MP4 files...... I did update my android from version 5.X.X to 6.0.1 recently.....

Ok, what if you upload the video file to Google Drive via wi-fi, and then download it to the computer? Does it still play abnormally on the computer?

WOW, complicated..... I dont use google Drive...... no problem, I'll try a few more things.....

I was just thinking of a way to transfer the file without using a USB cable, in case there's a problem with the data transfer that way. You could also try AirDroid or Wi-fi File Explorer to copy files wirelessly.

The reolution is different on different device.So the video pix-elates and staggers is baddly.
Besides, there is also influence on the transimit cable.
