I have been thinking is it even worth to use wireless charging with this phone since we have quick charging with it? Almost rather just buy a case or something or keep it naked as is but i do have a $70 dollar base That i bought 6 months ago for wireless charging lol. The Tylt Charger

Re: Wireless charging worth it?

Between fast charging and the spare battery charging kit (greatest thing ever IMO) I've decided to pass on wireless charging. I too have a few wireless charging pads but won't be picking the wireless charging back cover

Do they sell a charging back cover yet?

No they don't yet

While I think Quick charging outweighs Wireless charging it is a shame i spent $70 on that thing 6 months ago lol

Re: Wireless charging worth it?

I'm in the same boat. I hardly use it, only at night when I'm going to sleep since it charges so slow....

Re: Wireless charging worth it?

I personally say no. If I'm going to charge I can plug a cable in at that spot... And it'll go way faster. I can also pick it up and use it without losing charge.

Re: Wireless charging worth it?

Just drop it in. It's an excellent holder. And charges while u ride. Pick it up if need be. Drop it in. No wires. I love it. Alot

Re: Wireless charging worth it?

I have been using wireless charging for years and love it. I come home drop the phone on the pad and pick it up the next morning.
One of my old phone had a poor usb port that became loose (2) and had to be repaired, so constant plugging in still has me scared.

Re: Wireless charging worth it?

Both wired and wireless serve there purpose. Its nice to set your phone down while not using it and come back to a charged phone. But wires are still handy for moments of heavy phone usage.

Re: Wireless charging worth it?

I'm considering wireless because I want to put less stress on my charging port. It's a pain wiggling wires just to get a charge.

Re: Wireless charging worth it?

With wireless you can do BOTH, wireless charge or charge by cable. It's a choice!

I prefer wireless as I charge at night. Just plop it down and walk away. No hassle. AND if I need to charge but still need the phone I can plug it in. That simple.
