Note 5 and a Moto 360 2nd gen problem

All was working well till the update to Marshmallow on my Moto 360 watch. It will not pair with my Note 5 which has not yet been updated to marshmallow. My watch is saying to do a factory reset but when I go to settings there is no factory reset to select when I scroll down. I am frustrated.....lol
 
I did that first. My watch is saying a factory reset is needed because its disconnected from the network. I tried to re pair it and the phone can not be found. Also the option to factory reset is not available.

When you unpair the watch it does a factory reset. It's automatic. My note 5 has no issues with the moto 360.
