Note 5 and FoxFi works but doesn't work

FoxFi connects and works for a while but then stops working as in no traffic. Stays connected but will not load pages or download. Have 2 disconnect and reconnect and then works for awhile, then stops. Wonder if VZ figured out how to spot and stop non paid hotspot activity??
