I've got a Galaxy Note 5 that I'm working on that it looks like someone's installed their own custom version of the OS/firmware (it says there's a custom firmware install in the "about phone" details) and it's co-opted the "volume down" boot sequence, so I can't get into download mode or safe mode. I've attached a screenshot of the app that comes up - it looks like some joker's using this as a menu - there are a selection of apps like a drawing app and coordinates... all kinds of stuff. I don't read Chinese either, so that's a hurdle.

Has anyone seen anything like this before and more importantly, does anyone know how to get rid of it?F9D80B7D-EF83-4C32-8FFD-CE093E1D706F.jpg
