Note 5 Easily Heats Up

This last few weeks I've noticed that my 6-month old N5 has been getting hot very easily. While charging, surfing the internet, playing Clash Royale, by *themselves* can get it hot to the touch. Right now, the regular temperature is around 95, and goes above 100 sometimes. It used to be around 85 doing most tasks.
I am currently in Taiwan where it's hot as hell and humid, but it still doesn't make sense. I have played Clash on a Samsung tablet here and it doesn't get nearly as hot as my N5.
I am worried the CPU might be damaged or something for it to get so hot so easily, because according to battery doctor my battery is in good condition.
Any ideas?

If the outside air temperature is hot, and you are outside with the Note 5, then it will get hot just by being outside. If your case doesn't breath easily, then that could make it harder for the phone to stay cool. If you can, I'd try to avoid playing games when you are in the outside air temperature at 95-100 F.

I have few suggestions for you:
1: try clearing wipe cache partition.
2: always restart your device every day.
3. Don't use fast charging just use normal charging, in case if u r in hurry then use fast charging.
4 . don't use your phone under direct sunlight and when it's hotter outside.
