Note 5 randomly flashing heart rate sensor and screen issue.

Sometimes I will notice that my Note 5's heart rate sensor will flash on it's own when the phone is not being used. And when it occurs, the screen will refuse to turn on for approximately 10-15 seconds or so. But then afterwards; everything will return to normal.

What is happening to my phone?
