Note 5 settings screen - Switch from Paged toe List

Is there a way to switch the settings screen of the Note 5 from the Paged View to the List View? My AT&T Note 4 has a List View and my AT&T Note 5 has a Paged View and I cannot figure out if there is a way to switch it. I have seen several video reviews of the Note 5 and some have been shown with a List View settings screen.
