Note 7 credit clarification

Customers, such as myself who have returned a 2nd Note 7 still just get a total of $100 credit.

Ex: you received $25 for first device, now you get another $25 for your trouble and if you just so happen to have chosen another Samsung, that changes to $75 ... so in reality you are getting $50 for choosing another Samsung. I'd have been happier with another VR.

Hint hint, Samsung.

$100 is the total amount credited
$25 for first return, $25 for 2nd return, $50 if you choose a Samsung on the 2nd return.

The $25 for the first N7 is totally separate from the 2nd $25 and $75

I'd rather keep my Note 7 and not had this issue then even the entire cost of the phone given back to me let alone $100. Moving on to a LG V20 in 2 weeks.

$75 from second (I went the s7e route)

Free gear fit 2 from firest recall, ($179 thru sammy)

Free vr head set from 2nd recall ($99 thru sammy)

Free 256gb SD card from the switch to s7e. ($199 thru sammy)

So, I got $579 worth of freebies from owning the note 7. As much as I'd rather have just kept my og note 7, can't really complain about all the freebies we'd never have got if there were no problems with the n7.

I was actually wondering why I received a $100 credit to my AT&T account lol good to know that they gave some kind of reimbursement for the trouble of having to exchange twice. My sister chose the s7 edge

I've received nothing for my 1st GN7 exchange & made many phone calls to Samsung, Verizon & BBY. Each blames the other. Result...I got nothing. So, I'm about to turn in my GN7 for the 2nd & final time & I do not believe I will get $100 or $75... if I select another Samsung phone. Instead I'll get....a story.
