Do you think in daily use it will be better? For me this will be a deciding factor.
The s7edge is good but I still need to charge during the day. I'm hoping the the new note has way better hardware and software to improve on my S7 edge... If not I can't belive I'm saying this I may leave Samsung.. But I'll miss the pen. Maybe my first new Huawei Coming up

What company is Hawaii?

Personally I think you would be making a huge mistake. I haven't heard of Huawei but I have never done any research either but I can only speak my opinion but leaving Samsung for a unknown company that doesn't seem to do a whopping business is scary. I honestly don't think you will have any problem with the Note 8. I have the 7 Edge too and also just got the S8+ a few months ago and between those two the 8+ has the 7 edge beat by a long shot when it comes to how long the battery will last. I can go all day with the S8+ and I am on my phone all day and with the 7 Edge I had to carry around a external charger to get me through the day so I am sticking with the Samsung with no hesitation and no regrets. I had the Note 7 too and I'm still excitied about the Note 8!!

I have a Huawei MateBook 12" Windows 10 tablet. The thing is well made and works great. The company might not be a giant, but they seem legit and make pretty nice products at a good price.

I don't know what to think of this. As a 'phablet' person.. as a large phone lover. How have you not heard of the brand at all?

I would look for videos comparing battery life. I'm not on a network that I can use Huawei with, but it'd be an interesting comparison. I too have thought about switching carriers and taking the leap to Huawei.

Thanks so your expecting at least the same battery life as the S8 plus even thought the battery is smaller.. Let's both hope your right. I would be happy with that

Well, probably have but evidently I had no interest in it to leave a lasting impression.

It's not an unknown company, they're in 3rd place for smartphone shipments behind Samsung and Apple. They sell more phones than moto, lg, htc, Sony, etc. Lol

Seems No. The 835 is across the tech board, far more battery efficient and a little bit for the display over last year version.

Seems the Note 8 will have better battery life than the 7E.
