Freshest date so far.... I want a fresh one too!!!!

The always on display has a big green battery with a check mark next to it. Hopefully I can shut that off. Looks ugly. Lol haven't had time to get my settings back to par yet.

My Verizon store wasn't even crowded yesterday.... More workers than customers... Guess they had everyone on staff, working in anticipation of the iPhone rush that obviously didn't happen. At least, not at that location.

I went in my store Friday to ask about replacement and ended up getting my son an iPhone. They sent 2 employees home while I was there because it was not that busy. No mad iPhone rush!

I am disappointed with TMobile, they are keeping up this "Wednesday the 21st" thing up. When Samsung has clearly said "no later than the 21st"....But they are not saying whether they have them in stock or not. I will be calling them this AM again.

The reason: customers demanding a replacement now and getting upset. So they'll say, exchanges won't happen until the 21st and might add they don't have them in stock.

What carriers is this from and are there any special markings besides the new little black square?

I'm wondering if I should hold out another week or two before swapping mine as I would rather have one of the latest improved models like yours.

Now we know that there are different replacement models, early ones without the latest improvements and the "Real Deal" with new icons. :-\

I would rather look stupid and have the latest phone then smart with half baked improvements.

Yeah, I like the green battery indicator to show that my phone is safe, but it should be optional to turn off, so I can enable it only when traveling. That is however some thing they can fix at a later point.

Yeah i dont like it personally. I haven't found a way to turn it off either. Maybe later down the road they will send an option out in an update.

No problem man. I was the first to pre order from my local store. I waited for them to receive them at around noon here and I was the second in the shop to receive mine.
