Note 7 iris

Haven't had this phone for not even a week & my iris scanner is already on drugs. Only my pattern shows up & my phone screen turns off. Maybe a hard reset might help but I'm wondering if this ever happened to any of you guys yet. Short cut solutions?

I'll report back when I've put some hours in using my replacement.

But my original unit didn't do anything like that when using the iris scanner. Odd.

I use the iris scanner and I've not had any issues.

Works every time for me, sometimes have to open eyes a little wider.
