Note 7 People Edge

[AC Question]

I noticed that when i swipe the edge for my contacts, some of my contacts have the following icons: phone, message and video. My question is why do some contacts have the video option and others not? My wife and sister have the same phones (note 7) with same mobile company (t-mobile) and my sister has the option to video chat while my wife doesnt.
