As part of the Note 7 promo of buying my Note 8 directly from Samsung, they included 2 months of their "Premium Care". I went with Square Trade right away on mine, so cancelled the Premium Care rather than let it automatically start billing me $11.99 a month.
It is fairly painless to cancel. Log on to your Samsung account, go into My Account, and then My Subscriptions. Click on the Cancel button, pick a reason and submit.
I know some will choose to keep the Premium Care, which is great. I just hate to see anyone get billed for something they don't need!
