So im loving this new note 7 and all but on the note 5 i remember when the themes would theme the incoming call screen. Don't see the themes on the note 7 doing this. Unless I'm missing something? Secondly, I find that the icon packs are lame and don't match up with the themes u download. Plus u gotta pay for most of them and they dont even theme all the icons. Any help is all appreciated!!

I'm aware I'm talking about the separate icon packs. They're so lame and have to pay for most of them.
I use nova and have several different icon packs installed. So I don't even use the icons from the theme I'm using. That's one way around that part of it.
I like the touchwiz interface, putting a 3rd party launcher is somewhat of a waste to me. But the themes on the note 7 no longer theme the incoming call screen which is quite odd. It did it on the note 5 if one can recall? Any ideas? thanks.
Once again, anyone have any idea what I'm talking about as far as the incoming call screen not theming??

I have tried 3 or 4 different themes and all of the incoming call screens *did* adopt the theme as well. I'm not sure why you're having the issue you are. Did you tinker with anything with a package disabler?
No not at all actually, the call screen comes up green every time. How did you get yours to adapt with the theme??

I didn't do anything special. It just automatically did it. I have t-mobile, fyi.

You have to use the Sammy UI long enough to select and download some themes and apply. Once you do you can go back to your launcher and everything will be themed appropriately.
Ive been using touch wiz interface this whole time so what do other launchers have to do with this ?

I use Apex and you cannot natively download themes without first going into TW UI to start out. Once you have applied the theme and go back to your (any other non-TW UI) launcher the themeing remains. Sammy dumps its icon on your screen and you can save it where ever or leave it on your screen. You cannot, however see your downloads in your "wallpaper gallery for Apex, nor your themes or icons. To set them you have to click on the icon, select and apply and then exit back out to "your launcher". I have Nova too, just not using it atm so not sure if it works the same there.
Once again, dont quite understand how the launchers come into play for my theme issue. Bottom line is the incoming call screen before answering the phone isn't themed. The call screen color is always green and its weird because on my note 5 this was not an issue and I applied themes same way.
