Android Central Question
Hi, I have a Samsung Note 8 and my phone suddenly turned into Odin Mode(blue screen) with "downloading...Do not turn off target". I have tried several methods such as:
1) Pressing volume down + power button as suggested in the screen. However, the screen turned black for a while and then popped back to odin mode again.
2) Tried connecting my phone to laptop while in Odin mode but nothing happen. My laptop cannot detect the phone.
3) Tried using odin firmware and clicked "AP" and this is what I got:
<ID:0/003> Added!!
<ID:0/003> Odin engine v(ID:3.1301)..
<ID:0/003> File analysis..
<OSM> All threads completed. (succeed 0 / failed 1)
And nothing happen.
4) I went to samsung store and ask and the person, he said it might be hardware or software crashes. However, they could not help because I got my note 8 from Malaysia and I am currently in Australia. He said the parts is different.
Now I am stucked and not sure what to do. I have never done anything with Odin mode (dont even know such thing existed).
Any advice will be appreciated. Thank you.
