Note 8 Certs and Permissions allow unauthorized access. How to find and fix?

[Android Central Question]

My Samsung Note 8 says there is a trusted credential that allows 3rd party access to ALL of my private interactions and info. I have no User certs and I don't have any idea what other certs to check or disable. My permissions manager also has an alert saying there is somehow modified permissions allow access to my private info, but doesn't tell me what. Can anyone help me sort this out?

Welcome to Android Central! Do you use your phone for work? If so, did the IT department there have to install any security credentials?
