note 8 europe unloced exynos stuck at november 1 2018 patch (posted 19 jan 2019)

can somebody pls help to dolve this problem .. i have seen people that god decber update and january update but mine says . thelatest is installed which is november 1 . i have turned on developer options and unticked something ( the autoupdate system ) but then ticked and checked still same ... i remember thst i factory reset my phone in november shoulr thst be the problem

Apparently it borked your keyboard, too.

Just turn off developer option

Have you tried clearing cache in recovery first and the check for update

I turned it off it didnt work .
I rember in the end of november i factory reset from the recovery . Could thst be the problem . Should i have done it in the setting app
