Note 8 not Synchronising with Outlook 365

Note 8 will not sync my emails from outlook 365. It shows on the front screen I have emails to download, but I just cannot get them to come into outlook the APP to read them. I have reinstalled a few times and it works after each reinstall for a short time then stops again. We run 30 other Samsung 8 and they do not have a problem.

Are you accessing the same Office 365 account on all of the Note 8s? If so, you may have a device connection limit. You probably need to call Microsoft and talk to them about it.
