Note 8 Security Update Version

Samsung was doing well there for a little while when I had the s8+ (unlocked). this is a bit disappointing with 3 months and no update.

This AM at work I got a notification of a Samsung Security Update. Even though I had a dicey 4G LTE connection, I selected to download/install.

Never saw any other confirmation that anything downloaded or installed. Still have Aug 1 Android security update.

Anyone else see this??

Australian model, factory unlocked, unbranded: August 1st

USA, Sprint August 1st.

And they'll roll out in batches.
Just because you have your update first this time, it may be last the next time.
