Welcome to Android Central! Did you see it before and now it's gone? Or has it never been there?

The bottom line is that a phone that old would have stopped getting official updates a while ago (probably 2019 or 2020).

Has it been rooted, can you you show screenshot of your settings list menu towards the bottom, also make sure a theme not causing visibility of settings menu .
