Note 8 Tethered to S4 Mini for Air Watch Email

I have a Galaxy Note 8 and a S4 Mini. Company setup the Air Watch program on the phone for the connection to the Exchange Server and I am looking to see if there is a way to tether that to the tablet?

My old Blackberry (Bold and Tablet) could do that, but toooo many other issues made me finally switch to Android.

Is there a way to accomplish the same idea on the Samsung system?

So that I understand, you want to tether the Air Watch Program to your Tablet for Outlook? Please explain in further detail.
