Note 9 Camera Issue

Whenever i take images with Flash ON, images are very blurry and detail is so poor.even in low light turning flash on has been cursed for me.pictures quality is more worsening than one can imagine.even on day light when i turn on FLASH there is distortion detail washout and low standard images.
This happens in Auto mode(i don't use pro mode)

Welcome to Android Central! Can you show us some examples?

Do you have a case on? Sometimes, a case can cause significant glare from the flash, depending on how big the cutout for the camera is, and what material it's made of. For example, if the case is designed to look metallic, that will cause more glare, since the flash is reflecting off of it.

I've never used flash any my phones especially the note 9 it takes really good pictures at night with just a little bit of light. Only time I see using flash if u barely have any light in the scene you taking a picture of .
