Note 9 cases

The last Monarch case that I purchased from UAG where it said ships in 1-2 weeks shipped from Hong Kong and took forever to get here. I want the Monarch case but will wait for Amazon or Best Buy to have them in stock.

I'm not in to big of a hurry for it, but don't want to wait months. I have the one from Amazon to tide me over. I also have 2 arriving from Verizon to check out on Friday. I'm only keeping 2, the rest will go back.

Anybody have a UAG case with their Note 8? I love UAG's stuff, but I'm concerned with being able to easily access the edge apps with a case on. I remember with my Note 5 with UAG case it could be difficult to access the notification bar when running full-screen video. Anyone have any input on this?

Does anyone make a transparent case with 2 way kickstand?

The 2 way kickstand is a must. Transparency a hope. (2 way kickstand means works well in portrait as well as landscape view).

I've searched to no avail so any help would be greatly appreciated!

Im torn
I did not buy a case for my Note 9 and it has held up well
However the paint around the edges of the camera is starting to peel so I may get a case this time around.
What irks me about the clear cases that I like is that they turn yellow in the matter of weeks and i believe a case somewhat takes away from the quality of the curved edges and whats the point of having a nice phone if you gonna wrap it up hiding the beauty of it?

I used the UAG plasma with my note 8. I never had any issues accessing the edge. I have another one on order for the note 9.

I'm torn. I like how the Note 9 colors being sold have a nice brushed metallic look, I'd prefer to showcase it but I have never found an excellent clear case. (I find they tend to scratch up terribly, yellow, don't protect well, are sometimes very slippery, etc.) I'm seeing a few "lavender" cases to go with the lavender purple shade I'm leaning towards, but so far the images make them seem almost intentionally mismatched which looks weird (not complimentary).

I currently have a black Note 8 in the black Speck Presidio Grip. It's a good case. Not too bulky, grippy, charges well wirelessly, and doesn't interfere with signal as much when I'm remote (it has also survived many drops unharmed). I may just stick to it, shame to cover the color but I guess I do care more about protection at the end of the day or I'd keep my phone out of a case.

Ringke Fusion and VRS (I forgot what style) I've used both and haven't had those issues. I'm still using the Ringke on my N8. I have found some darkening on the corners. May be dirty though.

I ordered 2 blue Note 9's from VZW (BOGO). I ordered my S View case (blue) from them and my son's (black) from BestBuy (along w/2 Zagg glass screen protectors). The BB order is supposed to be delivered tomorrow, and VZW's shows shipped today, tho tracking info only shows the label was created.

I split the order because BB (who has a discount for 3+ accessories) didn't have a blue case available, and VZW was only offering blue & lavender.

I've odered a cheap silicone case from ebay to make do until Rhinoshield release the Crashguard Bumper for the Note 9.

I like the S-view case, the Rugged Case will be my daily driver, but part of my job involves being at a client site. On those trips I use the S-view so I get a little privacy, but still get the always on screen and can see my notifications. I think it also offers a good deal of protection
