My favorite so far is the TORRAS Crystal Clear Galaxy Note 9 Case.

I should have cleaned the phone / case more before snapping the pics. The 2 XL camera I used to take them picks up every piece of dust

Also have the Uag Monarch black and Case Mate Tough Clear.

With the Monarch, are those covers for the usc and headphone ports? Are they connected to the case or are they separate?

They are separate. They are called "Port Plugs" and can be purchased on Amazon. I use them on all my phones to keep junk out of the ports.

How much extra bulk / weight does the case add to the Note 9.

The Monarch weights 49.6 grams and adds a little bulk to the phone but not that bad at all.
The Monarch case is way smaller/thinner than the Otterbox Defender.

I finally received my UAG Monarch case a few days ago. It’s been one of my all time favorite cases since they came out. I switched over to it after having used the Samsung rugged case. I really like the grip of the case but I keep having thoughts of switching back to the Samsung case. Really like that case too. Decisions decisions...

Seem nice. I’d probably forget about them after charging. Guess that would push me to use one of my wireless chargers.

All I use is wireless, haven't used a cord in years.

From my experience, wireless fast charge is about 30 minutes slower than wired fast charge.

I still use the spring 2015 Samsung wireless charger that came out when the S6 came out. I charge at night so I don't care about it not being fast.

I tried the UAG cases and just couldn't get used to the non flat backing, I do like the design as it sets it apart but holding it just felt weird. I do want to try their Plyo series though.
