Note 9 deleting alarms

My Note 9 deleted all of my set alarms randomly. Has anyone else experienced this or know why this may have happened? The night before, I'd very intentionally set an alarm to wake me up. The next morning I woke up late and wondered why, and I noticed that the alarm icon was missing from the screen banner, which never happens. I always have an alarm set, so the icon missing is super weird. I go into the app to find that all of my normal 5 alarms are gone. Just completely erased...I should also mentioned that I had not closed the app completely so it was not up on my screen but it was still technically running, not sure if that has anything to do with it.
