We have never had a problem using our phones on home wifi, we have Xfinity/Comcast. We had the Samsung 7 Edge with no problems. Ever since getting the Note 9's we only have 1 or 2 bars of signal strength. Laptop has no issues with internet connectivity on the wifi, only our Note 9's. Anyone else having this problem? Not sure how to fix this. Have reset our wifi settings on Note 9's, have rebooted router, no success. This is only an issue with our Note 9's. Everything else in the house works fine on the wifi. Very frustrating.

We had a a similar issue with ours about a month ago. Not sure if it's the same issue as yours. But, ours would not load Tapatalk or Amazon sometimes and wouldn't load images when on wifi. I changed both our phones from DHCP to reserved IP. I don't recall really having this issue anymore. If we do, it's very rare and temporary.

My signal strength is the same on my Comcast/Xfinity Router going from my Note 8 to my Note 9. Haven't noticed any difference at all anywhere in the house... plenty of signal strength! ???

Are you even signed into Your Modem? Connected to your user name and password? If so it would like this.
If not you may need to sign into your Comcast Xfinity Network. And only you would have the user name and password. That's the easiest thing to start with.

If you aren't signed into your Comcast Xfinity Network then this is what you'd see. You would be still signed into your carriers network. Easiest thing to start with.

Then go into settings, click on connections and then toggle on WiFi.
Start with that. Because if the others phones are hooked into the wifi then your phone just isn't logging on, and it may be just a simple thing as turning you note 9 WiFi on.
Good luck
