Note 9 keeps rebooting and apps crash

I have a note 9 (n960F) that keeps rebooting and apps keep crashing. I've tried wiping cache and factory resetting.

Need to install the firmware again something got corrupted.

Need to install the firmware again something got corrupted.

I reinstalled firmware and even installed the next recent (and also the latest firmware) yet it still doesn't work. It's on Android 9 (the previous firmware plus the new were both Android 9).
