Note 9 MAY get One UI 2.5...

Yep. Yet another reason to hold on to my Note 9. I do a lot of mobile photography and would love to take the Note 20 Ultra's cameras for a spin but I am not willing to sacrifice my Note 9 for the trade in discount nor will I pay that nose bleed asking price. The Note 9, to me, is an icon and the last of it's kind: the last all inclusive, no holds barred, everything but the kitchen sink, no compromise, Note. All the upgrades its received from its newer stable mates has kept it a great device and a strong current contender in the smartphone realm.

I just got 2.5 on my N9 this morning. It took about 20 minutes to download & install, but it's been up & running for a couple of hours and it's all good so far. I'll give it a couple of days to "settle in", and let you know how it's acting. Security patch is October.:p

Great! Who's your carrier?

Verizon update came through on Note 9. Looks good so far after completion. It was one of the longest time running updates I've seen on the Note 9.

I got an update on my Note 9 this morning I have T-Mobile. I'm assuming it's the one being talked about here. Wonder why somebody else with T-Mobile got it a lot sooner than me? I see somebody posted a group I'm in that only S9 and note 9 and above are getting UI 3. Note 9 was not listed.
