Note 9 not updating

So ive had this phone since about feb of this year, after i unfortunately bent my s8 in half(still worked crazily) and my phone has not once updated any software stuff. I manually in march installed new software from my sd card android 9.0. But it has not done anything since. The phone was originally a verizon phone, but i am now using it on att prepaid. Samsung was no real help, and said send it in or go to a best buy(Its my main phone, and the nearest best buy is 3 hours away). Any idea what to do? cleared the partition cache several times, tried changing the dates on my phone, and reset it once and not gotten anywhere on updates. Any idea what to do from here? Heres all the current software stuff on this phone.

So its basically a case of i just need to reload a software version thats correct? I guess im more so trying to find the root of the problem.

Ok, updated to the most current one i could find n960u1ues2csf9

It should try and update this time around then right?

So its basically a case of i just need to reload a software version thats correct? I guess im more so trying to find the root of the problem.

I think was problem att version getting past one point and was fine

Do you want do Odin or sd card update?
