Note 9 reports loss of notification access for Gear app upon switching watches.

During the day, I wear a Gear Sport. While sleeping, I wear a Fit2 Pro for sleep tracking and sleep cycle alarm.
Every morning I get a notification that the Gear App has had the notification access removed, every morning.
I have smart switch selected in the Gear app.
Is there anything else I can do to prevent this?

Not sure. I have a gear S3 classic and frontier that I switch between with no issues like that.

I am not sure, I think it comes from switching from Fit2 Pro to either the Sport or the S3 Today, I did not receive the notification, when switching from Fit 2 Pro to Sport. This is the first morning I have not received the notification.

Apparently, I didn't post the screen shot. You can see the notification icon, second from the left, looks like a Gear Fit2 Pro.

I wanna say the Pie update complicated the notifications for the gear watches. I finally had mine set up the way I wanted and then I accidentally reset my phone. I haven't been motivated enough to go looking for all the settings to put it back the way it was.

That could be.
I'm still on Oreo, because I didn't want the "new features" of Pie.
