Note 9 Sound Picker Add Songs

I just bought a Note 9. I can't seem to Add downloaded/purchased - I use Amazon Music - songs to my ringtones in Sound Picker. When I click Add1 it doesn't give me an option to Choose a File Or Song. Any suggestions? I couldn't do this in my S9+ so I know it's me. TIA

You need to copy/save those files to the Ringtones folder on your phone or the ringtone selector won't be able to 'see' them. Also, make sure that the files are in a compatible, non-DRM-protected format (MP3, MP3, WAV...) or it will also fail to appear in that list.
