Note 9 voicemail problem

Note 9, all of a sudden started having voicemail problems.
I will get a message that says "something went wrong, sorry we ran into a problem "

Have you tried clearing cache,data,force stop phone app?

Welcome to Android Central! Which carrier? Are you using a visual voicemail app, or is this when you try to access your voicemail through the Phone app?
