Pllugging USB from phone into laptop port allows me to access Galaxy Note9/Phone/Music using Explorer, but connecting to powered docking station allows me to click on the Music folder but then Explorer freezes.
On a different laptop, using Win 10 Pro and Unitek 10 port powered USB hub: https://usb.brando.com/unitek-usb-3-0-10-port-hub_p03527c0061d015.html
I can connect to any folders or files within the Music folder.
Any ideas for why it's not working with the Cable Matters or what I could do to fix it?
