I have the 512 unlocked running on the Sprint network. Today about mid-day it would no longer connect the network foe LTE or any data other than just text messages that were text only... Anything with a picture would not download... I have tried shutting down, tried re-start, tried airplane mode all to no avail... I don't think that it is a Sprint network thing since my Sprint Mi-Fi was working just fine... I even used it to connect my phone to send emails... Does anyone have any suggestions other than a trip to the Sprint store or Best Buy? The thing that sucks is the both open later in the day... And I start working about 7:00AM

I think the only thing left to try, before a factory reset, is to reset network settings.

Either that or just wait and see if it is not anything or your end and something clears up on their end.

Agree, try to reset Network Settings and if that doesn't work definitely reach out to Sprint before you factory reset it.

With Sprint? No - wait or call Sprint. If you reset Network Settings, and there's no network, you could end up with a useless phone until the network comes back. (A factory reset has nothing to do with network connection. It's not actually "factory reset" it's "reset the phone to the way it was when it came from the box - but don't change any system settings" - which is just what you do want to change if the phone isn['t working because the network settings are wrong.)

It's more likely to be a hardware problem than in need of a FR. Just turn the phone off, wait about 30 seconds, then turn it on again. That should be long enough to remove the last bit of power to RAM, the modem and anything else involved. (Back when, we'd pull the battery and hold the power button for a few seconds, but we can't do that any more.)
