Note Active??

So I visited the local AT&T store, because I'm contemplating going to the Note 5 (currently on an S6 Active). They didn't have a white model in stock, which is what I was wanting, and the CSR asked me what I was currently using. When I told him an Active, he says I would be better off waiting until march. Says the Samsung rep told them they were coming out with a Note Active.

Anyone hear of this? I would definitely be all over a Note Active if they produced one.

Well, I did a Google search and apparently this model was supposed to be released this past november, but never was. Maybe it had to be put on the back burner for awhile. Odd?

Some of us were talking about it last fall, but i never saw anything other than people saying they wish samsung would make one.

I would be interested in seeing what they would come up with.
