Note Clears FCC?

According to Engadget, The Note for AT&T cleared FCC. Galaxy Note for AT&T hits FCC for cups of tea - Engadget
It figures it would! My 30 day return window ended yesterday so I won't be able to enjoy this beauty! I was going to return my Skyrocket and get the Note, But I got tired of Samsung teasing me with their Around the world Note tour and refusing to announce if or when it would be released in the US. So I gave up on them.
I guess I'll have to hit the AT&T store a drool over it!

The Nexus has a priority right now, they won't even announce the Note at least until the Nexus get released less it steal the show from the Nexus.

At&t can release the Note and leave Verizon in the dust!
Google messed up by releasing the Nexus on only 1 carrier. Samsung can still get sales on a great phone and it won't hurt the sales of the nexus, if they can get their problems fixed.

I completely agree. The Nexus is Google/Android's flagship phone, there's a reason we've heard nothing about a domestic release for the Note...
