I just broke my galaxy s for verizon. I might replace it but i wanted to see what else is out there. I'd really like to get the note but I refuse to get att. Does anyone out there know if there is any way that I can get a note that works on verizons network?

I'm looking for some fast feedback so I'll rephrase my question.
What is the best phone available for verizon right now? I'm probably going in to verizon today and I'll likely be paying full price since my insurance has expired.

The note will not work on Verizon it has gsm radios and Verizon is CDMA not compatible take a look at the razr Maxx or the galaxy nexus

So far Verizon & Sprint Note/Journal has been rumor & wishful thinking.

Thanks for all of the good feedback. I ended up finding a nexus on craigslist for a decent price. I think it's a good phone but my fascinate was surprisingly more reliable with connectivity.

Like others have said the rumors are Verizon will get the Note, renamed the Journal. But, I haven't heard any date speculation so it's most likely not anytime soon, unfortunately. I personally am dying for the Note/Journal, simply for the screen size.

Any other 5+ inch displays coming or rumored to be hitting Verizon?

What radios does the International version include Dual–band 800/1900 MHz CDMA/EVDO Rev. O/A networks, Quad–Band GSM/GPRS/EDGE support: 850/900/1800/1900 MHz, Single–Band UMTS support: 2100 MHz. They would be needed to run on Vodaphones network. If so, would not the International version work on Verizon?

Even if that were remotely possible, VZW would not authorize the device on their network and LTE would not work.
