NOTE Freeze when dialed

[AC Question]

hi ..
i am using note 3 , i have a problem that some time (very often) when i try to make a call , on screen it showing dialing but basically its not working and than when i try to disconnect the same call ,it freezes and i have to reboot . please advise if there is any solution .
