So I've had a Samsung Galaxy Note II for a while now and it's been a pretty damn good phone. A while back I decided to install Cyanogenmod 13 on it and it was great, until now. Now, whenever I try to open ANY launcher or even open the "Apps" section of settings, either the launcher or the Settings app crashes. I've tried looking for help in other places but I could not find anything relating to my issue. Please help, thanks!
