I agree. If something's wrong with the device, you won't have any recourse. It's doubtful the seller would give your money back, and you can't get 3rd party insurance like SquareTrade. If you're going for a used one, stick with eBay.

I've seen factory refurbished note pro 12.2s on ebay for as low as $380 and on average $450 with a 90 day warranty. I would buy one of them before taking a chance on one on Craigslist.
It's not the price that I would be worried about ... it's the seller.
I got my brand new (not refurbished or anything) Note Pro a couple months ago for $420 from Newegg ... so with that, the price is ok. But since it's craigslist (and thus no warranty), I'd be cautious. But if you still want to get it from that guy, imo, the price should be lower than $400.
