Note Pro 12.2 - Unfortunately S Note has stopped

Since it's still under warranty, I would take it to Verizon and let them look at it.

I have the same problem, I tried reset the Samsung 12.2 pro, and this problem happens. I tried to not restore my backup samsung with old notes. after same times the message appear "unfortunately S notes has stopped.".

I tried to change and put a new language in settings. keeps happening.

I followed the steps you listed to wipe cache and nothing's changed.

I recently had this happen on my note 10.1 (2014) and needless to say I was annoyed. After browsing forums and trying every possible fix I could find. I decided to back up all my notes and download, Lecture Notes.

After I deleted every note in S Note and powered the device off for a charge, to my surprise I tried S Note again today and it's working perfectly.

This worked for me: Go into My Files, go to Device Storage, go to SnoteData, go to Action memo. Empty the directory. Delete every file in there or maybe move those files to another location, but just empty that directory.

Boom. No more waiting for the application to import those files, Snote comes right up and I've been using it for ten minutes with no problem. All previous notes are available, all features working fine as far as I can tell.

I'm using a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 2014 edition.
