My Pro was rebooting under strain whenever the charger was disconnected. I finally broke down and returned it for warranty work. I received a 2 day mailing label from Samsung on a Thursday when I called for the RMA, shipped it Friday, got a notice on the following Tuesday that it had been received, then another one that day that it had been fixed. Yet a third notice on Tuesday that It was sent off to shipping on Tuesday evening. I received it back on Friday....7 calendar days. The repair was a new battery and a new USB3 charging connector. They stated that the connector was damaged. I had walked by my charging Note at least 3 times over the time I had it and kicked the cable and forcefully yanked it out of the tablet. I don't know if that messed up the battery or not but the service I received was better than I could have imagined.

That's great to hear. Hopefully this will be useful for anyone else who is thinking to send a device for warranty repair.
